 Experienced in structuring sales and leases in residential and commercial properties throughout Monmouth County with a concentration in the shore towns.

    Marianne leverages her experience in municipal government for her clients, having previously worked for City of Asbury Park in housing and redevelopment, and as past Director of Real Estate in Jersey City.  

    Her other interests include renovation and kitchen design, trees and native gardening. She is a Trustee for the Keyport Garden Club and a member of the Woman’s Club of Asbury Park.
